Senior Workday Project Manager - Finance

About the role

Strada, a people, payroll and technology leader in international workforce management, is hiring a Workday Senior Project Manager. You will lead client implementations of Workday Financial and Workday HCM products, from start to finish across multiple concurrent projects, while building strong client relationships and improving internal capability.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to ensure a successful implementation of Workday Financial and Workday HCM products
• Act as a point of reference for colleagues, share knowledge and help train and mentor new team members
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of client service
• Lead small to large client projects from start to finish, using Strada quality standards and consulting methodology
• Manage the work of yourself and team members to scope, timeline, risk and budget
• Keep up to date with the latest tools and techniques in your field

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 as a project manager on 2 to 3 government-related projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
• Singapore citizenship or permanent residency, and current and future work authorization in the country of application
• Relevant Workday certification must be obtained and maintained

Required skills

• Experience deploying Workday or other financial systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business or other SaaS solutions
• Translating business requirements into system requirements
• Experience with financial ERP systems or functions
• Advanced analytical and technical skills, stakeholder management and communication skills
