Senior/Lead Executive (Student Experience & Digital Platforms)

About the role

Nanyang Polytechnic is hiring a Senior/Lead Executive for Student Development and Alumni Relations, focusing on student experience and digital platforms. The role leads and enhances student engagement, scholarship programmes and signature events, and supports the administration and optimisation of digital platforms using technology, data analytics, automation and user experience improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support scholarship-related initiatives, including engagement, development activities and student recognition programmes.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver student engagement programmes, CCA management initiatives and signature events.
• Serve as product owner for digital platforms and student experience systems, turning business requirements into dashboards, workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement and maintain digital platforms and integrations.
• Manage platform operations, governance, user support, website management, CRM, event systems and learning platforms.
• May be required to plan, organise and lead students on overseas immersion programmes.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Student Development, Education, Business, Communications, Events Management, Social Sciences, Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience planning and delivering student engagement programmes, scholarship activities, CCAs, experiential learning or signature events.
• Experience working with students, internal departments, external partners and vendors.
• Interest in digital innovation, AI and automation; experience in higher education or student affairs is an advantage.

Required skills

• Data analytics, reporting tools, Power BI and Excel.
• Familiarity with websites, CRM, event management platforms, LMS and student-facing apps.
• Business analysis, process improvement, automation, Agile, design thinking and user-centred design.
• Stakeholder management, communication, presentation and project coordination.
