Senior/Lead Systems Engineer – End User Computing (EUC)

About the role

The EUC Engineer joins Singapore Airlines' IT Infrastructure team to design, deliver and continuously improve End‑User Computing services. You will drive AI‑enabled automation, ensuring a secure, efficient and future‑ready environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver EUC projects with internal teams and external vendors, meeting time and budget targets.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and boost operational efficiency.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365, including automated user provisioning, patch management and software distribution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex EUC issues using AI‑powered diagnostic tools and predictive analytics.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides and training materials, leveraging AI‑based knowledge‑management solutions.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor emerging AI, automation and EUC trends and champion their adoption to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in EUC engineering or IT infrastructure.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and deliver projects on schedule.
