Senior/Manager, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards

About the role

SingHealth's Strategic Human Resource Division, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA), is looking for a Senior / Manager to lead its Cluster Recruitment unit. The role partners with Cluster Domain Chiefs and institution HR teams to build a steady, sustainable pipeline of nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals across SingHealth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies, policies and processes that follow best practice and meet the evolving needs of SingHealth
• Work with key stakeholders on creative recruitment initiatives to expand and diversify the healthcare talent pool
• Provide regular recruitment reports to senior management and stakeholders, turning insights into actionable recommendations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in human resources or talent acquisition, including at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Prior experience in a healthcare talent acquisition role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and influence across organisations
• Independent and resourceful, able to work effectively as part of a team
