Senior/Staff Product Engineer – GenAI, AI/ML & Data Analytics

About the role

Join Micron's High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering team in Singapore to develop next‑generation GenAI, machine learning and advanced data analytics solutions for semiconductor engineering. You will build intelligent systems that boost productivity, improve decision‑making and extract insights from complex manufacturing and validation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance GenAI‑powered systems for code generation, data extraction, documentation automation and failure triage.
• Develop large‑scale data pipelines to ingest, clean, transform and analyse heterogeneous manufacturing datasets.
• Apply Python, SQL and data‑science libraries (pandas, matplotlib) for deep analysis and visualisation.
• Engineer, evaluate and optimise LLM‑based workflows, including prompting, retrieval‑augmented generation and benchmarking.
• Productionise machine‑learning and deep‑learning models for classification, regression, anomaly detection and decision support.
• Implement distributed data‑processing techniques using frameworks such as PySpark and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Design, System, Data Science, IT, Manufacturing) to translate engineering problems into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Support deployment, monitoring and operationalisation of AI/ML solutions in cloud and enterprise environments.
