SEO Manager – Lead Organic Search Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team in developing and executing effective organic search strategies. You will drive improvements in search rankings, qualified traffic, and conversions for both our company and client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and traffic.
• Conduct onsite optimization, including title tags, URLs, redirects, internal linking, and SEO copy editing.
• Perform keyword research and develop content strategies.
• Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance, adjusting campaigns as needed.
• Report SEO performance and KPI progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate on site migrations, content restructuring, and redirect planning for large, complex sites.
• Stay current with SEO tools and techniques, mentoring junior coordinators.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations for website architecture.
• Support the sales team with pre‑sales SEO pitches.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical SEO experience across multiple industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
