SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager

About the role

The SEO Manager will lead the SEO team to develop and execute effective organic search strategies that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving qualified traffic, and increasing conversions for both the company and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SEO plans, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and backlink strategies.
• Collaborate with developers, sales, content, UI design, and digital marketing teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are applied.
• Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance, traffic, and conversion metrics; adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage large‑scale site migrations, content restructures, and redirect strategies.
• Produce regular performance reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with SEO tools, algorithm updates, and industry trends; mentor junior SEO coordinators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical SEO experience across multiple industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting sales teams in pre‑sales SEO pitches.
