SEO Manager – Lead Strategy & Technical Execution

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and drive organic growth for both our own and client websites. The role combines strategic planning, technical implementation, and performance analysis to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical audits, and site migrations.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, UI designers, and sales teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Produce regular performance reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO tools, algorithm changes, and industry trends, and mentor junior SEO coordinators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on technical SEO experience across multiple industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.
