SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager

About the role

The SEO Manager will lead the SEO team in designing and executing organic search strategies that drive qualified traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversions for both the company and its clients. This role combines technical expertise with strategic planning to deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimization, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with developers, sales, content, UI/UX, and digital marketing teams to execute technical SEO initiatives, site migrations, and content strategies.
• Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Produce regular performance reports and adjust tactics to meet KPI targets.
• Mentor junior SEO coordinators and stay current with industry tools and trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical SEO experience across multiple industries.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Experience handling complex site migrations and large‑scale SEO projects.
