SEO Specialist for European & Global Markets

About the role

Reolink is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead organic growth across European, US, and Australian markets. You will shape and execute holistic SEO strategies that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions for our intelligent visual technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement mid‑to‑long‑term SEO plans covering technical, on‑page, off‑page, and local search optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and traffic forecasting for target regions.
• Monitor indexing, rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics; produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical SEO issues such as site architecture, page speed, structured data, and mobile‑friendliness.
• Guide content creators on SEO‑focused topics to improve keyword rankings and organic reach.
• Track algorithm updates, analyze competitor strategies, and explore emerging opportunities like voice and video SEO.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably managing cross‑border projects for Western markets.
• Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, computer science, linguistics or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Baidu Webmaster Tools.
• Familiarity with Google My Business and local search platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
