About the role
Join Vantage Automotive Limited’s Quick Lane Service Centre as a Service Administration Assistant. You will support the service management team by handling service orders, invoicing, and documentation, ensuring smooth backend operations and excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Track ongoing jobs and close service orders once work is completed.
- Issue accurate invoices for customer and internal jobs.
- Verify purchase order amounts against final invoices.
- File completed service records and invoices for easy reference.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on jobs and outstanding payments.
- Update outsourced service pricing and job codes for automatic purchase order creation.
- Provide administrative support to the service management team, including handling customer feedback and system updates.
- Assist Customer Service Advisors and reception with daily operations, including identity checks, signature collection, and key hand‑over.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, transfer calls as needed, and record messages accurately.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and positive attitude.
