Service Crew & Barista (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join Lola Faye Cafe as a Service Crew member and Barista, providing friendly, efficient service to our guests in a vibrant Singapore café environment. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in customer service, food & beverage preparation, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer menu queries and take accurate orders for dine‑in, takeaway or delivery.
• Operate the POS system, process cash, card, QR and online payments, and issue receipts.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, tables and service equipment, following hygiene and food safety guidelines.
• Restock cups, straws, sauces, takeaway bags and other service items; assist with stock deliveries.
• Collaborate with kitchen and fellow team members during peak periods, supporting basic food and drink preparation.
• Adhere to company SOPs, grooming standards, uniform policy and workplace safety rules.

Required profile

• Prior experience in food & beverage or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Polite communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, responsible, eager to learn and good teamwork skills.
