Service Crew – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Service Crew. This entry‑level position offers a permanent contract in a lively dining environment across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders, recommend menu items and ensure accurate service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Handle cashiering and point‑of‑sale (POS) duties when required.
• Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions.
