Service Crew – Food & Beverage Team Member

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our Delifrance outlet, delivering friendly and efficient food and beverage service to create a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take accurate customer orders, process them through the POS system and handle payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine‑in and takeaway orders.
• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, escalating issues when necessary.
• Promote current and upcoming promotions to boost customer engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure proper display of food items and assist customers with selection and packing.
• Support daily outlet operations, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage, and opening/closing duties.
• Assist with basic baking duties as required.
• Comply with company policies, SOPs and grooming standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• No prior work experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Great service attitude and energetic team player.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
