About the role
This position provides essential support to the floor team, ensuring guests and members enjoy a wonderful dining experience. You will assist in setting up service areas, training staff, and maintaining standards throughout the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Set up the floor during opening and closing procedures.
- Guide and train part‑time staff on their duties as floor commis.
- Maintain condiment stations and MEP polishing stations.
- Prepare the kitchen pass and man food‑running shifts.
- Arrange each service station with required cutlery and glassware, replenishing side stations as needed.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables.
- Support captains with station maintenance, clearing, resetting tables, and mise en place.
- Assist reservations with seating shifts.
- Manage laundry inventory and handle delivery check‑in/out for service.
- Follow club policies, procedures, and service standards.
