Service Crew – Japanese Restaurant (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our Yakitori Japanese restaurant (Yatagarasu/Hanare) in the Boat Quay area of Singapore. The role is full-time, contract based, and offers a dynamic environment where you will deliver authentic Japanese hospitality to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Japanese hospitality standards, including proper greetings and service etiquette.
• Clear, sanitize and re‑setup tables promptly.
• Serve condiments, top‑up drinks and assist with order taking.
• Carry out food and beverage delivery, and support dishwashing operations.
• Ensure the restaurant presentation meets the required standards throughout service hours.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work 44 hours per week across six days.
• Willingness to follow Japanese service protocols and MOM regulations.
