Service Manager – Commercial Kitchen Equipment & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Service Manager to lead the installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment. The role oversees daily service operations, supports field technicians and ensures high‑quality customer service across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the service team in installing, repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Manage daily service operations, manpower scheduling and provide technical support.
• Monitor service jobs, ensure timely resolution of technical issues and handle escalations.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance to technicians and field teams.
• Oversee service‑related spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Coach and develop service team members.
• Coordinate with Sales and Project teams on technical and service requirements.
• Support maintenance contracts and ensure service commitments are met.

Required profile

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of technical service or maintenance experience, preferably with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Prior experience leading technicians or field service teams and handling maintenance contracts.
• Ability to travel to customer sites; Class 3 driving licence and own transport are advantageous.
