Service Technician (FRS) – Operations

About the role

Survitec is looking for a Service Technician (FRS) to join its Operations team in Senoko, Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality servicing, installation, maintenance and repair of safety equipment while upholding the company’s safety‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver servicing, installation, maintenance and repair activities to quality and safety standards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and diagnose equipment issues.
• Install complex systems, set up and test new products or processes.
• Work with the Service Operations Manager to plan monthly schedules and ensure appropriate manpower.
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through store requisition processes.

Required profile

• High school education (minimum 4 GCSEs or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience operating unsupervised in a similar role.
• Good understanding of relevant regulatory codes and company procedures.
• Ability to work independently, follow standard work routines and seek continuous improvement.
