Shipping Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Shipping Coordinator to support our daily administrative and logistics tasks. You will work closely with the operations team to manage shipping documents, update system records, and track deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate freight quotations based on shipment details, routes, and vendor pricing.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and transport providers to arrange timely pick‑up, delivery, and storage.
• Issue Notice of Arrival (NOA) to clients and stakeholders, ensuring all documentation is shared promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, providing shipment updates and handling inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies, keeping shipment records up‑to‑date.
• Resolve operational issues or delays by liaising with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or operational experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping (air/sea import & export). Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• GCE ‘O’/‘N’ Level, NITEC or Diploma in any field (Logistics/Supply Chain a plus).
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
• Strong communication, multitasking and follow‑up abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Responsible, fast learner, independent and a strong team player.

What we offer

• Full‑time position (5 days a week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm).
• Salary range SGD 2,000 – 3,000 per month.
