Showroom Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Customer Service Representative to join our retail team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, delivering a warm, professional and consultative sales experience while promoting our premium bathroom and kitchen solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to walk‑in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction and brand storytelling.
• Support daily showroom operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization and accurate product displays.
• Assist with sales administration tasks such as quotations, order coordination and data entry into SAP/C4C.
• Drive retail promotions, in‑store events and O2O initiatives in collaboration with marketing and e‑commerce teams.
• Convert digital leads into showroom consultations and support seamless hand‑over of online enquiries.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or related field.
• 1–5 years of retail or customer‑facing sales experience, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for design and interiors.

Required skills

• SAP C4C (CRM system)
