About the role
We are looking for a Showroom Executive to welcome and assist walk‑in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products. The role involves demonstrating appliance features, preparing quotations, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk‑in customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate appliance features and provide clear explanations of product specifications and benefits.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements and follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and attend product training to strengthen product knowledge.
