About the role

The Site Coordinator will support the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and meets quality standards. This role is pivotal in synchronising contractors, labourers, and suppliers on a busy construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager on site progress.
• Prepare and maintain work schedules for contractors and labourers.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Organise and coordinate on‑site activities to optimise workflow.
• Apply knowledge of construction sequencing to manage task order.
• Monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
