Site Engineer (Building Construction, C&S)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our construction team and oversee building projects across Singapore. You will ensure that daily site activities align with technical specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site progress and verify compliance with technical specifications.
• Maintain inspection documentation and follow‑up forms with RE/RTO.
• Liaise with subcontractors to coordinate day‑to‑day operations.
• Identify and resolve site issues across trades.
• Keep accurate site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and attendance.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship quality and address defects promptly.
• Assist in preparing technical submissions, RFI/RFA documents, and permit‑to‑work applications.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in local building construction.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to read and sketch technical drawings and coordinate among trades.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction standards and requirements.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating diverse site teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
