Site Engineer – Construction Project Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to support our project manager in delivering construction projects on schedule. You will work on‑site, handling technical issues, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and ensuring quality throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with on‑site and off‑site meetings addressing technical matters.
• Prepare and submit architectural samples, shop drawings and related documentation to consultants or authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress, conduct regular site inspections and attend progress meetings.
• Identify and resolve problems to keep the project on schedule.
• Supervise site activities and liaise effectively with subcontractors, RE and RTO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction site engineering.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong team player with a keen desire to learn and grow.
