Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our construction team on Jurong Island. You will be responsible for coordinating engineering activities, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project delivery from design through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Assist in pre‑drawing submission to understand design concepts.
• Interact with clients to interpret needs and represent them on site.
• Resolve site problems encountered during construction.
• Monitor work progress using shop drawings and conduct regular site visits.
• Perform quality‑control checks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance.
• Review engineering tasks and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Inspect subcontractor workmanship and speed, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work on multi‑discipline projects.
• Strong project management and supervision capabilities.
• Availability to start on short notice or immediately.
