Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will oversee and coordinate construction activities across sites in Singapore, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor progress and maintain schedule compliance.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant construction industry experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and engineering practices.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese preferred.
• Experience with Singapore construction projects is an advantage.
