Site Foreman (Building)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Foreman (Building) to support the Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager in overseeing on‑site construction activities. The role involves coordinating subcontractors and workers on formwork, concrete, rebar and reinforcement works, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Lead crews in executing basement lean concrete, preparing for formwork and rebar installation.
• Inspect and supervise the casting of basement slabs, walls, and columns.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and enforce safety provisions on the site.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling, daily man‑hour reporting, and resolve site‑level issues.
• Coordinate and monitor timely delivery of materials and equipment to keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily allocation sheets and manage material requisitions from store.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety practices throughout the workplace.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building engineering or construction site supervision.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and detail interpretation.
