Site Manager - Electrical

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Site Manager Electrical in Singapore on a full-time basis. The role supervises electrical works on site, ensuring they follow drawings and project specifications while coordinating with contractors and other trades.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workers, foremen and subcontractors so that work follows drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other trades to resolve site issues
• Monitor work progress, manpower allocation and project schedules
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings when required
• Prepare site progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical works within the construction industry
• Experience working with an electrical subcontractor is preferred
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings
• Familiar with Singapore construction site safety requirements
• Able to work independently and manage site operations effectively

Required skills

• Good site coordination, manpower management and problem-solving skills
• Reading and understanding electrical drawings

What we offer

• Salary range of $5,000 to $7,000
• 0-20% performance-related pay per month
• 2% medical pay per month
• 5.5 working days
