Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction activities at our Singapore projects. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Supervise structural and architectural works and coordinate with client representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to execute on‑site tasks.
• Resolve design‑related issues that arise during construction.
• Implement the Project Manager’s work plan and prepare daily progress reports.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings and handle ad‑hoc tasks within managerial capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in condominium or commercial building construction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all staff levels.
• Team player with a keen desire to learn and grow within the company.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 6,500 to SGD 8,500.
