Site Manager / Project Manager – Industrial Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from planning through handover. You will be responsible for delivering large‑scale facilities such as semiconductor plants, cleanrooms, data centres and logistics hubs safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, construction activities and overall project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, schedule, quality and safety compliance.
• Lead site teams and ensure smooth coordination across all disciplines.
• Attend site meetings, resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM and workplace safety regulations.
• Review project schedules, manpower planning and work sequencing.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and submissions.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and project completion activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience managing industrial building projects in a main‑contractor environment.
• Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, logistics, cleanroom or data‑centre projects is a plus.
• Strong leadership, site‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.
