Site & Operations Coordinator – Construction Equipment

About the role

The Site & Operations Coordinator will support the Head of Operations in daily activities and project coordination for construction equipment projects across Singapore. This role involves overseeing site works, ensuring safety compliance, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations with daily tasks and project coordination.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical documents such as method statements, risk assessments, and lifting plans.
• Arrange manpower, equipment, and transport for site activities.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, shifting, and dismantling of construction equipment.
• Perform regular site inspections to meet client requirements and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit reports, checklists, and documentation to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with engineers on drawings, testing, and certification submissions.
• Conduct user training, safety briefings, and support safety campaigns.
• Investigate incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Track equipment inventory and ensure proper usage and return.
• Use ERP system to manage tasks, generate reports, and maintain audit records.

Required profile

• NITEC and/or Diploma in M&E, Civil, Construction or equivalent.
• 1‑4 years of experience in site coordination or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
