Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Singapore, Hybrid

About the role

Our client, a leading FinTech firm, is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer / Linux Platform Engineer to manage and optimise a low‑latency Linux estate. The role blends traditional Linux systems engineering with modern SRE practices, focusing on automation, scalability and reliability across private and public cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated deployment pipelines for Linux workloads.
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker or Podman.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using tools like Terraform, Helm, Pulumi or Bicec​e.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide on‑call support and incident response for production systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in Linux system administration and engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
• Proficiency in scripting or programming, preferably Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
