Site Supervisor

About the role

DINBUILD Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction activities across Singapore. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all contracted works meet quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate site works on multiple projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to align progress with contractual dates.
• Resolve on‑site issues quickly to keep work on track.
• Ensure all workers, subcontractors and activities comply with safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or roofing industry.
• Possess a valid BCSS certification.
• Hold a Certificate in Lifting Supervision.
• Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong ability to liaise with customers and main contractors.
