Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on our construction sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating the workforce, ensuring safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all site activities align with the overall project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate tasks with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, reporting any variances.
• Maintain quality standards through regular inspections and documentation.
• Manage site documentation, including daily reports, permits, and material logs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the project management team and on‑site personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and construction regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Organised and detail‑oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
