About the role
The Site Supervisor reports to the Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer and is responsible for overseeing construction activities. The role ensures that all works are executed in line with project specifications, drawings, and safety procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise construction works to guarantee compliance with project specifications and drawings.
- Plan and coordinate site activities, working closely with subcontractors' supervisors.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with Safe Work Procedures.
- Report progress and issues to the Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer.
Required profile
- GCE N Level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising high‑rise building projects.
- Experience leading a group of reinforced concrete (RC) workers is an advantage.
- Strong ability to interpret and work with construction drawings.
