Social Media Growth Specialist

About the role

BIT is looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist to drive fan acquisition and traffic for its US stock and crypto businesses across global platforms. You will combine finance knowledge with cutting‑edge social media tactics to attract high‑intent investors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and fan growth on X (Twitter), YouTube and other major social channels for BIT’s US stock and crossover crypto offerings.
• Design and execute customer acquisition and traffic‑generation strategies using content, community engagement and events.
• Leverage AI tools and stay current on global finance and Web3 trends to inform content creation.
• Monitor platform algorithms, capture viral trends quickly, and produce hit content that drives conversions.
• Track performance metrics such as click‑through rates and account‑opening/funding conversion rates, continuously optimizing traffic paths and content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of social media operations experience in traditional finance; brokerage background with crypto familiarity is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving traffic and user acquisition.
• Deep understanding of algorithmic logic on X, YouTube and other platforms.
• Preferably a recognized KOL or strong partner with finance bloggers/communities.
• Good visual design sense and ability to work under pressure.
