Software Engineer / Backend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join a cross‑functional team building features that empower marketing teams to acquire, engage and monetize users. You will take part in product design, develop robust micro‑services, and ensure the stability of production systems while also contributing to web‑scraping and RPA initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services for high‑traffic marketing platforms.
• Implement web‑scraping systems to collect data from external sites.
• Develop RPA scripts that improve business‑process efficiency.
• Collaborate on product design, engineering, and performance optimisation.
• Support production troubleshooting, system optimisation and fault‑tolerance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and common design patterns.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot, as well as familiarity with Golang, Python, C++ or PHP.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL databases, query performance optimisation and data streaming technologies.
