Software Engineer

About the role

The Enterprise Analytics team in Singapore is looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and modernise internal, cloud‑native applications. You will work with a cross‑functional group to deliver data‑driven insights and improve product quality, delivery speed, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, test, and deploy secure, scalable web applications with a focus on maintainability and automation.
• Design and maintain internal libraries, tools, and CI/CD pipelines, leveraging AI‑assisted development and testing where appropriate.
• Apply AI‑enabled approaches to boost developer productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and user workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics and data partners to translate analytical outputs into intuitive applications.
• Mentor team members, lead agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, governance, and responsible AI standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of full‑stack application development experience.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
