Software Manager – Lead Architecture & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Software Manager to define and implement software engineering strategies, oversee architecture and governance, and lead delivery of enterprise‑grade solutions. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on management of development teams and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute software strategy, delivery frameworks and technical governance aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft SQL Server, C# development, and cloud‑based solutions on Azure.
• Lead software design, integration (REST APIs, messaging platforms) and ensure traceability from business requirements to architecture.
• Manage the full Software Development Lifecycle, coordinating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, QA and operations teams.
• Promote Agile and hybrid delivery methods, enforce quality practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement secure development (DevSecOps), support vulnerability management and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture or engineering management, delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software lifecycle processes, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 12207 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
• Proven leadership, team‑management and stakeholder‑communication skills.
