Solution Architect – Senior Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge enterprise solutions. In this role you will shape the end‑to‑end architecture of critical systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s Enterprise Architecture and ICT strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design enterprise‑level system architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and propose products/solutions based on enterprise standards.
• Develop and enhance the architecture blueprint to align business and ICT strategies.
• Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring high‑quality code and solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, including performance tuning, system prototyping, and maintenance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.
• Hands‑on experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles.
• Strong expertise in .Net and/or J2EE applications, with excellent data modeling and SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of server‑side development, SOA, web services, and e‑services development.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, scalable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to pitch ideas and influence decisions.
• Results‑driven, customer‑focused mindset with strong leadership abilities.
