Solution Sales Expert – Business Data Cloud

About the role

The Solution Sales Expert will lead strategic accounts for SAP's Business Data Cloud in Singapore, combining deep SAP expertise with business acumen to drive cloud revenue and customer success. You will shape transformative solutions, accelerate AI‑driven innovation, and position SAP as a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts and develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Provide domain expertise to map end‑to‑end customer value journeys and own transformation roadmaps.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to pipeline growth and revenue targets.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities for new products, engage early with customers, and influence product roadmaps, especially AI initiatives such as Business Data Cloud, Knowledge Graphs, scalable PoCs, and Joule agents.
• Support solution advisors with demo readiness, enablement programs, and customized prototypes using customer data.
• Collaborate with value advisors to craft ROI narratives, run strategic workshops, and secure executive buy‑in.
• Navigate complex pricing and contractual negotiations to balance client expectations with profitability.
• Assist Customer Success Management teams to secure references, manage escalations, and drive adoption and consumption.

• Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and drive cloud revenue.
• Experience influencing product development and leading AI‑focused initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.
