About the role
As a Solutions Engineer you will combine technical expertise with storytelling to help enterprise customers discover how Cribl’s AI‑driven telemetry platform can solve real‑world data challenges. The position offers the flexibility of remote work while delivering hands‑on guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate Cribl’s product capabilities and answer technical questions during initial sales calls.
- Guide customers through proof‑of‑concept engagements, ensuring they see tangible value.
- Document compelling use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
- Travel up to 30 % of the time to meet customers on‑site as needed.
Required profile
- Experience working with logs, metrics, IT operations and security data.
- Background in sales engineering, professional services or technical support.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
- Based in Singapore.
