Spare Parts Engineer, Supply Chain Management

About the role

The Spare Parts Engineer will plan and manage material requirements for 300mm semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring timely availability of wafers, spare parts and other critical supplies. You will work closely with ETCH, LITHO, NXP, Production Control and procurement teams to minimise supply risks and support continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements based on demand, production schedules and module needs.
• Collaborate with ETCH and LITHO modules to raise Material Purchase Forecasts (MPF) and Purchase Requisitions (PR), and track orders and deliveries.
• Support equipment spare‑parts planning to minimise production disruptions.
• Monitor material status, shortages and delivery schedules, escalating issues and driving recovery actions.
• Maintain accurate planning data, inventory levels and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in material planning, procurement or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment is preferred.
