Sr Global FE Capital Spares/Services Manager

About the role

Micron is looking for a Senior Global FE Capital Spares/Services Manager to develop spares and services procurement strategies and lead global initiatives. The role drives category innovation, applies advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to the portfolio, and aligns team and individual goals with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan strategic sourcing direction with direct and cross-functional teams, recommend targets for spend reduction, sourcing efficiency, supplier management and supply base optimisation, and define cost savings and scorecard targets
• Monitor category compliance (risk, spend, quality, supplier segmentation) and contract compliance, and communicate sourcing trends to the Category Director
• Build supplier segmentation maps, maintain supplier partnerships and act as primary contact for assigned suppliers, including commercial qualification and ethical compliance
• Use data visualisation and business intelligence to enable savings opportunities and support data-driven decisions
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, finance and suppliers, lead supplier business reviews and governance, and monitor stakeholder satisfaction

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, material, spares and services procurement preferred (3+ years required externally)
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate, strong business acumen and cross-functional, global working style
