Staff Nurse – Nursing Home (SGD 3,000‑4,000/month)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a nursing home environment across Singapore. You will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing are consistently monitored and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Supervise, prepare, and administer medications in line with doctors’ orders.
• Maintain and regularly update medication charts to guarantee accuracy.
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents’ medical status to the nursing team or physicians.
• Collaborate with doctors and caregivers to ensure seamless follow‑up and continuity of care.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
