Store Supervisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

APM Monaco is seeking a passionate Store Supervisor to lead its Singapore boutique. You will be the face of the brand in‑store, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store‑in‑Charge with daily sales and operational management.
• Analyse KPIs, manage rostering and ensure optimal store performance.
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain brand standards independently.
• Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance client loyalty.
• Motivate, coach and guide senior sales associates to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years experience in luxury or fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of outstanding sales results and effective CRM usage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong teamwork spirit, proactive attitude and customer‑service orientation.
