Strategic Account Manager – Lifestyle & Home (TikTok Shop)

About the role

The Lifestyle team at TikTok Shop is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of Home & Living sellers in Singapore. You will help merchants scale their businesses through content‑driven commerce, livestreaming and creator collaborations while ensuring an excellent buyer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with Lifestyle Home & Living sellers, driving their performance on TikTok Shop.
• Execute category growth initiatives such as seller segmentation, assortment optimization and campaign participation.
• Partner with sellers to improve operations via content creation, livestreams, promotions and creator partnerships.
• Analyse performance data and market trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support onboarding, incubation and scaling of high‑potential sellers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (content, marketing, creator, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
• Track key metrics and continuously optimise seller performance and buyer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the Lifestyle industry, working with brands, distributors, retailers or platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the Home & Living category ecosystem, market structure, trends and consumer behaviour in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia.
• Strong industry network with brands, distributors, retailers, creators and community stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate industry knowledge into measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
