Strategic Account Manager (Singapore)

About the role

The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Group Account Manager to develop sales strategies for key accounts in Singapore. You will analyse customer needs, competitor offerings and the print environment to craft compelling proposals that win RFPs and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Study customers and formulate sales strategies and directions for key accounts.
• Analyse competitor product offerings and positioning.
• Liaise with internal divisions to create valued propositions for RFPs.
• Prepare pricing proposals together with the Senior Group Account Manager.
• Review pricing strategies with senior sales leadership.
• Update sales forecasts on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis.
• Prepare sales and ad‑hoc reports for account reviews.
• Assist inter‑division teams in reconciling billing discrepancies and collecting bad debts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong customer focus with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market trends and business requirements.
