Strategic Communications Lead – International Non‑Profit (12‑Month Contract‑to‑Perm)

About the role

We are seeking a senior communications professional to join the regional communications team of an established international non‑profit organisation in Singapore. The role will translate complex regional and policy issues into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences across media, stakeholders and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media relations and digital communications strategies.
• Produce executive communications, speeches, talking points and thought‑leadership materials.
• Create and manage content for publications, websites and social platforms.
• Coordinate regional outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support senior leadership visibility and manage media engagements.
• Contribute to the organisation’s overall communications strategy and messaging.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in international organisations, public affairs, policy communications, journalism, government or corporate communications.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated policy or geopolitical topics.
• Intellectually curious, globally minded and comfortable working in lean, high‑performing teams.
• Strong writing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
