Strategic Partnerships Manager – Healthcare (West)

About the role

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead the development and expansion of caregiver support programmes across Singapore. You will work closely with social service agencies, ageing centres and technology partners to build a sustainable, integrated care ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen partnerships with Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and Active Ageing Centres (AACs) to broaden programme reach.
• Develop strategic collaborations with home and personal care providers, leveraging the organisation’s trained caregiving workforce.
• Secure community venues such as shopping malls, community spaces and residential developments for programme delivery and centre operations.
• Identify and work with technology and digital‑health partners to enhance home monitoring, remote care and caregiver‑focused digital solutions.
• Promote services through active engagement at industry forums, community events and media platforms.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, onboarding and activation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management or stakeholder engagement within social services, community care or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s community care and ageing services landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and community leaders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a lean environment.
• Experience with technology, health‑tech or digital‑health partnerships is an advantage.
• Passion for supporting caregivers and enabling ageing‑in‑place for seniors and their families.
